What is the Rising UP in Spain program?
Rising Up in Spain is an exclusive program in which ICEX-Invest in Spain selects up to 50 foreign startups each year to assist them in establishing their operations in Spain. Through this initiative, startups receive a comprehensive support package that includes:
- Legal and administrative advisory services for company incorporation.
- Immigration procedures, visas, and residence permits for entrepreneurs.
- Access to financing and investment networks within the Spanish market.
- Strategic connections with key stakeholders in the business ecosystem.
The objective is to ensure a smooth and efficient landing, enabling startups to operate in Spain without bureaucratic complications.
Our role in Rising UP in Spain
Given that the purpose of this program is to enable the expansion of foreign startups into Spain, Letslaw accompanies each selected startup throughout the entire process, ensuring compliance with all necessary legal and regulatory requirements to commence operations in Spain.
