Álvaro Arrizabalaga is a lawyer specialized in Corporate, Commercial and M&A law, with experience both in law firms and in-house legal departments. He currently works in the Corporate and M&A department at Letslaw, advising domestic and international companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
Throughout his professional career, he has been involved in M&A transactions, venture capital and investment rounds, corporate restructurings, structural modifications and legal due diligence processes. He also has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, shareholders’ agreements and corporate documentation, as well as providing ongoing advice to boards of directors and corporate secretarial departments.
Prior to joining Letslaw, he worked within the legal teams of companies such as Telefónica and The Power Business School, gaining valuable in-house experience and a practical business-oriented approach to legal advisory work.
Álvaro holds a Law Degree from Universidad Pública de Navarra, a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Advisory from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from Universidad Internacional de Valencia. He also completed part of his academic training at the University of Calabria (Italy).
