Alejandra holds a Law degree from CUNEF, where she first developed her interest in corporate law and business transactions. Her curiosity for international environments and complex deals led her to complete a Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and International Advocacy at ISDE, strengthening her global and strategic perspective.
She is currently part of the Corporate and M&A team, advising on company formation and restructuring, drafting commercial agreements, and designing incentive plans for startups and investors. In addition, she has prior experience in energy law and the negotiation of key contracts for sector-specific projects, which has helped her build a versatile profile oriented toward high-complexity operations.
She defines herself as methodical, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a strong focus on creating value in dynamic environments.
