Since 2021, he has developed his professional career in the areas of Intellectual and Industrial Property, Competition Law, Data Protection, Digital Law, and Corporate in general.
Graduated in Law and with a diploma in Economic Law from the University of Navarra, he began his contact with digital law when he took the Master’s Degree in Digital Law, Telecommunications and Energy taught by the CEU San Pablo University. Interested in emerging new technologies, he carried out his Master’s Thesis on “Intellectual property rights over creations made by Artificial Intelligence systems.”
He has professional experience both in law firms and in internal legal advice for companies, and has also provided legal advice to chambers of commerce and foundations.
