Marta Marçal is an Associate in the Corporate and M&A department.
Throughout her career, she has provided extensive advice on complex corporate transactions, such as company restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions, both nationally and internationally, as well as conducting Due Diligence.
Her experience ranges from the incorporation to the dissolution and liquidation of companies, including the comprehensive management of company secretarial services.
Additionally, she has offered significant advice to founders and investors in investment rounds and has experience advising startups and Business Angels on corporate matters.
She holds a Degree in Law and a Master’s in International Advocacy from ISDE, in addition to having completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Practice.
Complementing her professional practice, she has obtained diplomas of high specialization in mergers, demergers, and other structural changes of companies, as well as in the sale of assets and businesses by the Escuela de Práctica Jurídica at the Complutense University of Madrid (EPJ). Her international education includes courses in international law at Columbia University in New York and the University of Cambridge in England.
