For more than 35 years he has been developing his professional career in the fields of Employment and Social Security Law and Family Law and has also had practical experience in Administrative Law (public procurement in all its phases).
He has a degree in Law from the University of Salamanca, and has been a practising member of the ICAM since 1989, having completed various courses on access to the profession, given by the Bar Association of Madrid, as well as the University Course on Immigration, Asylum and Refuge at the University Carlos III of Madrid.
