María José has professional experience in New Technologies Law, Commercial Contract Law, Regulatory Law and Compliance. She has developed her career in different companies in the technology sector both nationally and internationally, providing legal advice to companies both in English and Spanish in companies such as Vodafone and Bit2Me.
She holds a degree in Law from the University of Granada.
In her interest in providing international advice to clients, she completed her training with a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law at UNIR and a Corporate Compliance Officer course, for which she was certified by the CUMPLEN Association.
Passionate about technology and its day-to-day implications, she loves issues related to e-commerce, tokenisation, and those issues involving regulatory compliance in the application of these technologies.
She is a creative, dynamic person who loves challenges. She likes to be updated in all those changes that innovation makes us live daily.
