Beatriz boasts a robust background in multinational corporations and specialized law firms, focusing on corporate and real estate law. Throughout her career, she has provided advice on corporate restructuring planning, mergers and acquisitions. In addition, she extends to advising founders and investors in investment rounds, offering support from strategic planning to the successful closing of such transactions.
In the contractual field, Beatriz has drafted commercial contracts in transactional transactions and has comprehensively managed company secretarial services.
Her experience ranges from the incorporation to the dissolution and liquidation of companies. her experience is not limited to the national level, as she has provided legal advice both nationally and internationally, working with companies of various sizes.
A graduate in Law from the Complutense University, she completed a double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Corporate Legal Advice at the Garrigues Study Centre. She also holds a Diploma in International Relations from Villanueva University.
