Alberto, with over 10 years of experience working at both international law firms and specialized boutiques, he has developed his professional career in the areas of Intellectual Property, Digital Law, New Technologies Law, Data Protection, Commercial and Corporate Law. Providing legal advice at national and international level, specializing in the bioTech, fintech, media, technology, and telecommunications sectors.
Graduated in Law from the University of Salamanca, he studied for a Master’s Degree in Business Law at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE); and in Intellectual Property at the Universidad Carlos III (UC3M), where he obtained the extraordinary prize for the best academic results.
