He has developed his professional career in the areas of Intellectual Property, Data Protection and New Technologies, as well as providing legal advice, both nationally and internationally, in the field of e-commerce, advertising, esports, unfair competition, software contracting, consumers and users and procedural litigation since 2017.
He is also a Data Protection Officer certified by the AEPD – ENAC and has participated in numerous presentations on the topics covered by his expertise, including sessions organised by the Spanish Professional Privacy Association (“Analysis and keys to the ePrivacy Regulation”) and others organised by the Johan Cruyff Institute (“Football Industry Insights Seminar”).
He is also an active member of DENAE (Spanish Entertainment Law Association) and has published several articles, including “La luz al final del túnel: el reglamento ePrivacy” (Cinco Días El País) and “La protección de datos en tiempos de pandemia” (Lawyerpress).
