Likewise, it should not be possible to override privacy settings without explicit parental consent.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Encourage users not to lie about their age:<\/strong> Users should be encouraged to be honest about their age, with minimal data collected.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Put in place robust age verification mechanisms<\/strong> \u2013 Where there is a minimum age requirement, it should be supported by appropriate age verification mechanisms.
