Jesús Soengas

Corporate Lawyer

Jesús Soengas is a lawyer specialized in Corporate Law.

He began his university studies in Computer Engineering at the Universidad Simón Bolívar in Caracas (Venezuela). His interest in law led him to study at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where he was particularly interested in Commercial Law and International Law. He was a representative of the students of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences.

He has participated in different trainings and courses in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) with different law firms including Hogan Lovells and Cuatrecasas.

He has completed his studies by completing a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He is currently studying a specialization in Competition Law (Antitrust) at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

He has started his professional career specializing in advising in the commercial and corporate field helping entrepreneurs, startups and digital businesses. He also provides legal advice at national and international level in matters such as corporate governance, the sale and purchase of companies, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), the drafting of shareholders agreements, incorporation of companies, preparation of Due Diligence, among others.
