Emilio Alonso is a lawyer specialized in legal proceedings in industrial property (trademarks, patents and designs) and unfair competition for more than thirty years. He has been involved in civil, criminal and administrative litigation in defense of a wide variety of companies, from high North American, European and Asian multinationals to Spanish family companies, in sectors such as toys, fashion, perfumery, sport and others. Emilio Alonso is also an agent of industrial property since 1983 and a European patent agent since 1986. Incorporated to the Bar Association of Madrid since 1985. He has been Professor of Industrial Property in the Master's Degree in Business Legal Advising at IE Business School (Madrid) and member of the European Patent Institute (EPI) and the Spanish Group of the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI).
